DUANE (WACO) VERNON SCHNEIDER

On April 20, 2016, Duane (Waco) Vernon Schneider, 82, left his home on earth to take his place alongside God.
He is survived by sons, Brian (Sheila), Tim and John (Becky); daughters, Carol and Angie (Denny); sisters, Barbara, Jewell, Gabby and Denice; brothers, Buck (Peggy), Danny and Rod (Pam); 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Rick, Jamie and Jeff; and parents, Harold and Carol.
He loved his family and friends, a great conversation and the sanctity of his much coveted fishing trips.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, at the Wedding Chapel, 1513 First Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids.
