Duane R. “Dick” Flickinger, 89, passed away Wednesday, November 20th, 2025, at Virginia Gay Nursing & Rehab.

Visitation will be held at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Vinton from 2 to 5 PM on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025. Services will be held at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, November 24th, 2025, at 1030 AM, followed by interment at Garrison Cemetery, and a luncheon at the Garrison Fire Station.
