Duane M. Fisher, former agricultural education teacher and FFA advisor for Vinton-Shellsburg Schools, passed from this life on March 11th, 2025 following the diagnosis of a rare bone marrow cancer. Please see the Van Steenhuyse-Teahen Funeral Home website for funeral details. A remembrance gathering will also be held from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, March 22nd at the Vinton-Shellsburg High School.
