Driscoll Jr., John 'Jack' V.
John “Jack” V. Driscoll Jr., died Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at Mercy Iowa City following a brief illness at the age of 86 years. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 29, at St. Mary's Church, Williamsburg, Father Joseph Roost will officiate. Burial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Williamsburg. Visitation: 2 to 8 p.m. today at Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg, with a prayer service and rosary at 6 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; two sons, Elliott (Rita) Driscoll and Erle (Renee) Driscoll, both of Williamsburg; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Virginia Driscoll (Richard) Breaker of Golden, Colo.
A memorial fund has been established.
