Dr. Howard K. Thomasson, DDS, 86, died Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids. Memorial and Masonic services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26, at First Congregational UCC, with Pastor Kate West presiding. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Inurnment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, with military honors.
He is survived by his wife, Nadine; sons, John (Therese) of Salzburg, Austria, Robert (Regina) of Cedar Rapids and William (Mary) of Iowa City; and five grandchildren.
