Douglas A. Caldwell, born March 22, 1952, in Cedar Rapids, passed away peacefully Aug. 17, 2016, in Phoenix, Ariz.
Doug was a graduate of Washington High School, class of 1970.
He is survived by his mother, Arda Mae of Cedar Rapids; and brother, Roger of Freeland, Wash.
A longtime resident of Phoenix, he leaves behind friends and acquaintances.
No memorial services will be held. However, it has been requested that friends share in a toast to Doug's memory.
