Doug Deklotz, 68, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2020, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. A Celebration of Life open house will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, at St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Atkins.
