Dorothy M. Wolf, 93, of Bushnell, Ill., passed away on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2015, at Roseville Rehab & Health Care Center.
She was born on Oct. 8, 1921, in Bushnell, to James E. and Gertrude Ellis Jones. She is survived by one niece and one nephew, Judy (Bob) Potter and David McCormick; one great-niece, Nicole Potter; and one cousin, Mary Sobotta.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
Dorothy worked at C.S. Norcross in Bushnell, before moving to Cedar Rapids in the 1940s. She then worked at United Fire & Casualty for 38 years before retiring in 1986. During her employment at United Fire & Casualty, she received an award in 1985 for local business women. She was a second mom to Tammy Howke-Coxwell and Tara Howke-Schlesselman of Cedar Rapids.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home in Bushnell. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bushnell Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Courtyard Estates of Monmouth.
