Dorothy Joseph, 94 of Williamsburg passed away Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022, at her home in rural Williamsburg. Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 10, 2022, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, near Williamsburg. Burial will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Memorials may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
