Donnelly, James T.
James T. Donnelly, 88, of Winthrop, died Friday morning, Dec. 28, 2012, at Allen Hospital in Waterloo.
He is survived by a daughter, Susan Thimmesch of Winthrop; five grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and two brothers, John Donnelly of Vinton and Leo Donnelly of Independence.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Winthrop, with the Rev. Don Plamondon officiating. A private burial will be held at a later date. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. today and from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory in Winthrop, where a rosary will be recited at 3 p.m. today.
