Donna Lee Zerba, 76, of Independence, formerly of rural Marion, died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014, at ABCM Rehabilitation Center, Independence.
Donna was born Oct. 8, 1938, in Strawberry Point, the daughter of Harlo and Irene Lamphier.
Survivors include sons, Merwin Jr. (Michele) and Michael (Olivia), both of Toddville, and Tim of Urbana; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; her sisters, Bonnie Fry and Mary (Jim) Bass; along with many nieces and nephews.
Services are being held at the Toddville Free Methodist Church at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 5, by Pastor Mark Lofquist. Visitation is one hour before the service.
She enjoyed knitting and music. Her sense of humor and love will be missed by all who knew her.
The family would like to thank all of the loving staff at the ABCM Rehab Center and hospice for her care. We deeply appreciated it.
