Donna Willey, 94, of Marion, died Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Living Center East, Cedar Rapids. Funeral Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion, by the Rev. Howard Chapman. Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 10, and one hour before the service Tuesday, all at the funeral home. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar
Rapids.
Donna is survived by two sons, Gary (Sandy) Willey of Solon and Dennis (Marlene) Willey of Cedar Rapids; five grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; one great-grandchild; and eight stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband,
Melvin, who passed March 28, 1982.
Donna was born March 22, 1919, the daughter of Earl and Pauline (Womachka) Waggy in Wyoming, Iowa. On Feb. 23, 1938, she was united in marriage to Melvin Willey in Maquoketa.
Donna was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Marion. She belonged to many card clubs, which she enjoyed very much.
