Donna Severtsgaard, 90, of Vinton, died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016. Funeral service: 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, Trinity Lutheran Church, Vinton. Officiant: the Rev. Stephen Preus. Interment: Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation: one hour prior to service time at the church on Saturday. A memorial fund has been established Phillips Funeral Home in Vinton is in charge of arrangements.
