Donna Jackson, 70, died of a sudden illness on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025 at Allen Hospital in Waterloo, IA.
Donna was born Aug. 14, 1955 in Iowa City, the daughter of EmmaJean Turn and Emmitt (Bene) Doolin. She married Michael Webb in 1973, than later married Arthur Jackson.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her daughter Mary (Edgar) Hampton and her son Jeremiah Webb, her siblings, Kyle Doolin, Aaron Doolin, Dedric Doolin, Emmitt (Michelle) Doolin, Louisia (Eric) Harrison, Lori Doolin, Stephanie Bacon and Steven Bacon; her 8 grandkids, 7 great-grandkids and other family, nieces, nephews, cousins and other stepgrandkids and stepgreat-grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Monica Reed, and her siblings Adrienne Howard, Madeline Doolin, Regina Doolin, Burdell Doolin and Derek Doolin.
Homegoing service is on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
