Donald L. Villhauer Sr. of Tipton died peacefully Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015, at Cedar Manor Nursing Home, Tipton. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, at Rochester Cemetery, Rochester, with the Rev.
Ronald Lashmit officiating. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Jason Tucker, Matt Tucker, Nevin Tucker, Garrett Tucker, Devin Petersen and Don Hennings.
A memorial fund has been established in his honor for Cedar Manor Nursing Home in Tipton.

Donald was born March 6, 1931, in Iowa City, Iowa, and was the son of Louie J. and Minnie L. Price Villhauer. Donald graduated from Iowa City High School and worked as a maintenance worker for the Iowa Department of Transportation. In his younger years, Don was a past Cub Scout leader and enjoyed camping, playing cards with friends and spending time with family. He loved all of his pets.
Donald is survived by his wife, Marcia of Tipton; daughter, Connie (Russell) Timm of Rochester; sons, Don (Courtenay) Villhauer and Keith (Julie) Villhauer of Tipton; sister, Joan Hummer of Oxford; and grandchildren, Jordan Villhauer, Tiffani and Nicholas Timm.
He was preceded in death by his parents; six sisters, LaChrista Schockley, Henrieta Villhauer, Gretchen Hess, Letha Hein, Marie Svatos and Louise Huffman; and six brothers, Carl, Leo, David, Louie, Herman and Howard Villhauer.
