Donald E. Saathoff, 86, of Hazleton, died Thursday morning, April 24, 2014, at his home. Funeral Service: 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 28, at Trinity United Meth-odist Church in Hazleton, with the Rev. Julie Schubert officiating. Visitation: from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home in Oelwein and after 12:30 p.m. Monday at the church. Interment: Hazleton Cemetery (Fontana Addition) in Hazleton, with graveside military rites by Ross Reid American Legion Post 9 Honor Guard of Oelwein.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
