DONALD JOHN GENESKE
Sturgeon Bay, Wis.
Donald John Geneske, 90, formerly of Amherst Junction (recently of Sturgeon Bay), died on Dec. 28, 2021.
He was born on Jan. 28, 1931, in Berlin, the son of the late Agnes (Pernitzke) and Alex Geneske. Don married Joanne Lamers on Nov. 28, 1953.
He is survived by Joanne, his loving wife of 69 years; and his children, Rick (Sue) Geneske, Randy (Sharon) Geneske, Marcia (Bob) Osborne and David (Cheryl) Geneske. Don is further survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In keeping with his wishes, a private family service with military honors will be held at a later date. He will be laid to rest in Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Waupaca.
