Bonnie Jean Donald, 77, of Bennett, died Monday, Nov. 1, 2010, in the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, Iowa. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. Funeral: 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial in Inland Cemetery, Bennett.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Harry Donald of Bennett; her daughters, Ellen (Richard) Helmold of Bennett, Brenda (Robert) Scott of Blue Grass, and Barbara (Shane) Reese of Des Moines; her son, John Schwingle of Sioux Falls, S.D.; sisters, Virgina Shoemaker of Dixon, Ill., Hazel Swain of Omaha, Neb., and Esther (Jon) Skor of San Francisco, Calif.; a brother, Paul (Connie) Dale of Littleton, Colo.; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Daniel Schwingle and Bradley Donald; sisters, Rose Shoemaker and Lucille Kessel; and brother, Richard Dale.
