Dolly Mitchell, 66, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022, at Living Center West. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
She was born on March 31, 1955, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Calvin and Marilyn (Hoagland) Miller. Her favorite pastimes include watching murder-mysteries, completing puzzles and speaking with Josh. She was a loyal, loving mother and devoted friend. Her infectious laugh will be missed by all.
Survivors include her son, Josh Mitchell; sisters, Deborah Rice, Donna Schwartz and Anita Miller; brother, Daniel Miller; and numerous grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Neoma Miller; sister, Darlene Miller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to YWCA in Dolly's honor.
