Diane Marie Offerman Lint, 43, passed on to our Lord Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019, at the Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha, Iowa.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Garrison with the Rev. Mark Leckband officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home in Vinton. Interment will be in Garrison Cemetery.
Diane was born Dec. 26, 1975, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Ray and Linda Hughes Offerman. She graduated from Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids.
On April 25, 2009, Diane was united in marriage with Michael Ray Lint in Garrison.
Diane worked as a general manager for Hardee's in Cedar Rapids.
Diane loved dogs, enjoyed traveling and had a large collection of Tweety Birds. She was active with breast cancer awareness, and the color pink was everywhere. She even went so far as to paint one of her husband's demo cars pink in honor of cancer fighters and survivors.
Diane is survived by her husband, Mike Lint; and son, Lucas Lint, both of Garrison; her parents, Ray and Linda Offerman of Cedar Rapids; grandparents, Doris Bowels and Lyle Offerman, both of Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Carol Offerman of Cedar Rapids and Sandy (Justin) Rich of Blairstown; mother- and father-in-law, Don and Bev Lint of Garrison; nephews, Jason and Jacob Murphy and Michael (Chelsie) Brown, all of Cedar Rapids; niece, Aurial Brown of Evansdale; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Bryson Kruse, Avala Staats and Xander, Milliana and Delilah Brown.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Gene Bowels; and grandmother, Katheryn Offerman.
A memorial fund has been established.
