Diana Lynette Sills passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, Feb. 21, 2023, after a short illness. Diana was born Jan. 11, 1948, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Diana was married to Richard Sills on Oct. 9, 1964, in Cedar Rapids. Diana loved cross stitching, card games and spending time with her family. She and Richard retired in southern Texas in 2013.
She is survived by husband, Richard Allen Sills; children, Carie Sills, Shelley Brown (Jim) and Greg Sills; six grandchildren, Shauna, Jeannette (Keely), Travis (Alleeza), Shane (Keely) and Samantha (Johnny); 24 great-grandchildren; brothers, Larry Segriff and Jim Segriff; and her beloved dogs, Toby, Lucy and Quincy.
She was preceded in death by parents, Lorna and Raymond Segriff; and sister, Marsha Baker.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 12, at Tommy’s Restaurant 393 Edgewood Rd. NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405.
