Dennis William "Buddy" Jones Jr. lost his battle with cancer on July 11, 2015, after a few short months. We never truly understood the statement, "It was courageous battle," until now. He spent most of his remaining moments trying to prepare his family for his passing, sharing stories of love and laughter and helping us learn how to let him go. He was a gardener, a very gifted artist and a wonderful conversationalist. He was always growing, learning and sharing. Through him and the grace of God we even got to share the horrible disease that is cancer and help one another through it. He would want us all to find the good in life. We will always remember his strength and love.
