Dennis Maas, 75 of Port Orange, FL, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 12, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Dennis is survived by his daughter Andrea (Adam) Krambeer; son Aaron Maas; beloved granddaughters Brynnley, Graidey, and Landrey; siblings, Pam Beisker, Paulette Bildstein (Mary Beth Rausch), Linda Haack, Lynette Stults, Donald (Jeri) Maas, Julie (Bob) Jacobson, Jan (Mike) Stults, Sheila (Jim) Freie, Suzette (Randy) Beardsley, and Carol (Brian) Wessler; and many nieces and nephews.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Regina Maas, brother-in-law Jim Stults and nephews Cody Stults Brett Beisker.
Dennis was born on May 9, 1950 in Williamsburg, IA the son of Harold and Regina Maas. He graduated from Benton Community High School with the Class of 1968 and went on to attend Colorado State University before proudly serving in the United States Army Reserves.
Dennis spent his career working for Farmer’s Co-op Elevators, where he eventually served as a General Manager until his retirement.
He enjoyed hunting, golfing, riding his Harley and, most of all, spending time with his granddaughters, who brought him tremendous joy.
