Dennis Lee Waskow, 72, of Marion, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.
Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Waskow; his three children, Chad (Erin) Waskow of Coggon, Brent (Mindy) Waskow of Cedar Falls and Heather (Jeremy) Griffith of Marion; nine grandchildren, Courtney Meade, Alex, Adam and Elle Waskow, Lauren and Birklie Waskow, and Kaiden, Jaryn and Brooks Griffith; and three sisters, Marlene (Richard) Bucholtz of Blaine, Minn., Delores (Harold) Burrack of Suring, Wis., and Lenore (Ray) Trachta of Green Acres, Wash.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to UnityPoint Hospice or ALS research.

Funeral service: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 8, at First Lutheran Church, Manchester, with the Rev. Tony D. Ede officiating.
Visitation: 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester. Friends also may call one hour before the service at the church on Monday.
Interment with military rites: Oakland Cemetery, Manchester.
