Dennis Alan "Gorilla" Crawford, 67, of Coralville, died peacefully Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, at his residence. Celebration of life services with military honors will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, at Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington with Pastor Jim Stiles officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Private family interment will take place at a later date.

He is survived by his sister, Karen (David) Norman of Washington, Iowa; brother, Merlin (Margaret) Crawford of Keota; nine nieces and nephews, Kristine (Pat) Burns, Kyle (Kim) Norman, Houston (Jennifer) Norman, Dallas (Susi) Norman, Trudy (Kerry) Neff, Wayne (Amy) Norman, Marsha (Brad) Tomson, Mitchell (Deb) Crawford and Michael Crawford; as well as 16 great-nieces and great-nephews.
