Denise K. Burgin, 60, of Palo, died on Thursday, June 9, 2022.
A Celebration of Life Open House will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 9, at the Palo Community Center, 2800 Hollenbeck Rd., Palo, Iowa 52324. Food will be provided but a covered dish to share would be greatly appreciated by her family.
Denise is survived by her children, Brianna Beets (Tim Crable) of Palo and Dane Burgin (Corissa Hale) of Central City; grandchildren, Zaidyn Beets, Knox Crable Adrian Beets and Keaton Crable; mother, DeLores Adams of Cedar Rapids; and sister, Cheryl Adams of Colorado.
Denise was preceded in death by her loving husband, Steve Burgin, in 2021; father, Daren Adams; and siblings, Dean Adams and Kim Stoneking.
Denise Kaye Adams was born July 30, 1961, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Daren & DeLores (Cohrt) Adams. Denise loved to spend quality time with her family and friends as well as her dogs, Tank and Luna. She was a dedicated mother, grandmother and a great friend to many.
In lieu of flowers, donations towards a memorial fund would be appreciated.
