DeMeulenaere, Mary L.
Mary L. DeMeulenaere, 93, of Victor, died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, at Brooklyn Community Estates in Brooklyn. A funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, at St. Bridget Catholic Church in Victor, with the Rev. Brian Shepley presiding. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Victor. Visitation will be held from noon until 8 p.m. Monday at Smith Funeral Home in Victor, with the family present to greet friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Monday evening.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Faye (Rick) Soer of Urbandale, Iowa; three grandchildren, Tony (Nicole) Ostram of Dubuque, Dave Ostram of Des Moines and Matt (Megan) Ostram of Bettendorf; six great-grandchildren, Zachary, Joe and Elizabeth Soer and Emma, Sarah and Anna Ostram; her sister, Bernadine Schallau of Van Horne; and her son-in-law, Gary Ostram of Mount Vernon.
Memorial contributions may be designated to the Mary L. DeMeulenaere Memorial Fund to benefit organizations of the family's choice.
