Delrose Germaine Phelps, 77, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, at Hiawatha Care Center. She is reunited with her beloved husband, William "Pierre" Phelps, who preceded her in death in 2003.
Delrose enjoyed spending time outdoors, tending to her plants and flowers, and feeding the birds. She loved to spend time with her family and friends.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery-Garden of Tranquility.
She is survived by her children and many loving family members.
