Delores Ann Brown, 81, formerly of Vinton, died Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids following an extended illness. Private fam-ily graveside services will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Vinton.
Delores was born Aug. 15, 1932, near Newhall, to Clarence and Emma (Stolte) Williams. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Vinton.
She is survived by her sons, Steven (Amy) Broxey of Cedar Rapids and Mark Broxey of Bernard and his friend, Melinda of Jackson, Mo.; her grandchildren, Brad and Beth; her sisters, Virginia (Louis) Ferguson of Cedar Rapids and Shirley Tumilty of Van Horne; and her brother, Kenneth (Rose Marie) Williams of Vinton.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Timothy Broxey; and her sister, Darlys Michael.
