Delhia Beelner "Dee" (Tapia de Beelner) passed away June 20, 2021, beloved wife of Randall Beelner. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 26, at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where family will greet friends one hour prior. The Rev. Phil Thompson will officiate. Private interment will take place at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Cedar Rapids. Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service is assisting the family.
Dee was born July 22, 1944, in La Mesita, Mexico, the daughter of Manuel and Belem Tapia. She immigrated to the United States in 1964. Dee was united in marriage to Randall Beelner on Sept. 1, 1972, in San Diego, Calif. Dee was deeply religious and a member of St Pius X Catholic Church. She worked at Northbrook Care Center until retiring in 2008.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
