Decker, Stanley O.
Stanley O. Decker, 82, of Independence, died Tuesday evening, March 6, 2012, at the West Village Care Center, Independence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church, Independence, with Dr. David Larson officiating, with burial in the Wilson Cemetery, Independence. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory, Independence, and from 9 a.m. until services Friday at the church. A military memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Decker; two children, Sally (Wayne) Heiserman, Bloomfield, and Paul Decker, Independence; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a brother, Jerry Donahue, Marina, Calif.; and a sister, Margie Thiltgen, Monterrey, Calif.
