Decker, Barbara Lee
Barbara Lee Decker, 71, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010, at the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Hiawatha, Iowa. Per Barbara's wishes her body has been cremated. No services are planned at this time.
Survivors include her children, Sheryl Becker, John Barthel, Allen Carl, Thomas Coates, and Brenda Kiemann. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and son, Bradley Northup.
Barbara was born March 4, 1939 in Iowa City, the daughter of John and Lola (Smith) Hoover. Barbara was a waitress and bartender working for Save-A-Lot stores. She was a former member of the Eagles Club of California and enjoyed baking and crafts.
