Debra S. Willard, 63, of Toccoa, Ga., passed away Dec. 27, 2016.
She was born Oct. 17, 1953, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa,
and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John T. Usher and Constance Mae Wendling Usher; and brother, John Usher.
Debra is survived by her husband, James Willard of Toccoa; son, Jason Robert Dye of Cedar Rapids; son and daughter-in-law, James Michael and Shelly Willard of Hiawassee, Ga.; sons, Jason Joshua Willard of Marietta, Ga., and Anthony Paul Willard of Pompano Beach, Fla.; daughter, Rebecca Willard of Toccoa; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Sherry Hoffer of Cedar Rapids; and sister-in-law, Lillian Faye Davis of Lawrenceville, Ga.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31, at Byrd & Flanigan Crematory and Funeral Service in Lawrenceville. A celebration of life service will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel.
