Debra S. Rosauer, 60, of Rowley, died Saturday, June 28, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids, after a short illness.
She was born Feb. 10, 1954, in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Conrad and Dorothy (Kurtz) Heintz. Debra married Kevin Rosauer on Aug. 10, 1991, in
Independence.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin Rosauer of Rowley; three sons, Dennis (Sherry) Spurlin of Marion, Keven (Aimee) Spurlin of North Carolina and Thomas Rosauer of Independence; five grandchildren, Kimmy, Callie, Chloe, Carlee and Skyla; two stepgrandsons, Brady and Austin; her mother, Dorothy Kurtz of Austin, Texas: and two sisters, Connie (Arnold) Breckenridge of Houston, Texas, and Sandy Tarpy of Austin, Texas.
Debra was preceded in death by her father, Conrad Heinze.
A Celebration of Life will be held from noon to 3 p.m. July 12 at the Quasqueton Legion Hall.
