Davis, Shannon
Shannon Davis, 44, of Cedar Rapids, died Nov. 30, 2010, at St. Luke's Hospital. Services: noon Monday, Third Missionary Baptist Church, Davenport, with visitation one hour before service time. Burial: Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport.
Survivors include her husband, Willie Davis; children, Eboni Ross and Toccara Ross, both of Davenport; stepdaughter, Connie Claybrooks of Peoria, Ill.; sons, Antonio DeShawn Davis and Desmen Tyvon Davis, both of Cedar Rapids; sister, Linda Faye Carter, and brothers, Rudolph Wallace, Wendell Ross and Jeffrey Ross, all of Chicago; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and grandchild, Kyshawnda Choate.
Born Sept. 6, 1966, in Chicago, Ill., she was the daughter of Allene Hill. She loved church and working in the church and was very family-oriented.
