David W. Brown, 74, of Marion, Iowa peacefully passed away at St. Luke's Hospital on Monday, Jan. 15th surrounded by his family, following chronic health issues. For family and friends, a celebration of life will be held at the Venue at Kingston Steakhouse on Boyson Rd. NE in Cedar Rapids, on Friday, Jan. 26th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A visitation will be held Saturday, Jan. 27th at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Hiawatha, Iowa from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. A funeral mass will begin at 11:00 AM, and a luncheon in Seton Hall at the parish will follow the funeral. A private inurnment of the remains will be held at a later date with the immediate family.
Dave is survived by his wife, Janet (Molloy), his children, David, Michael, Allie, his son-in-law Neal, his grandchildren Declan and Carrigan, his brothers John (Sue), and Greg (Becky), and a great many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
