DAVID JOHN "DAVE" FELTON
Manchester
David John "Dave" Felton, 45, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017, at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester. He was born on Sept. 26, 1972, in Manchester, the son of Donald and Jennifer (Leytem) Felton. He graduated from Maquoketa Valley High School in 1991 and Iowa State University in 1995.
On Jan. 5, 2002, Dave was united in marriage to Natalie Brown at United Methodist Church in Iowa Falls. Three children were born to this union. From 1996 to 2001, Dave worked for Gateway Computers in Sioux City. In 2001, the couple moved to Manchester, where he was employed by Rockwell Collins.
Dave enjoyed fishing, four-wheeling, hunting and raising chickens. He was an avid Green Bay Packers and Iowa State Cyclones fan, and loved spending time with his wife and children.
Dave is survived by his wife, Natalie; his three children, Kayla, Noah and Jovie Felton; his parents, Donald (Jennifer) Felton of Hopkinton; parents-in-law, Donald (Barb) Brown of Iowa Falls; paternal grandmother, Mary Jane Felton of Cascade; a sister, Jessica (Brian) Shoger of Cedar Rapids; sisters-in-law, Nicole (Dan) Peterson of DeWitt and Ashly (Aaron) Lagneaux of North Liberty; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Joseph Felton; maternal grandparents, Hilda and Luke Leytem; and grandparents-in-law, Geraldine Johnson, Howard Johnson and Raymond and Connie Brown.

A Mass of Christian burial: 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Manchester, with the Rev. Joseph Schneider officiating.
Visitation: 1 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester, with a 1 p.m. Scripture service. Friends also may call from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Interment: St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Manchester.
