He enjoyed singing bass as a member of The Old Capitol Chorus, coaching Little League for his kids and listening to shows on NPR . David was a good neighbor, a thoughtful citizen, and a steadfast friend. He will be remembered as a wonderful grandfather, a great dad and a loving husband.
David is survived by wife JoDeen, brother Wayne (Des Moines), children Christian (Jane Moeckli) Mozena, Lynnette (Sean) Kreps, Marty (Jennifer) Mozena, Joseph (Sara) Mozena, Elise Mozena and Valerie (Travis Brown) Mozena, grandchildren Jackson, Samuel, Issac, Zoey, Evelyn, Wyatt, Carlin, Brando and Kyrie Anna.
