David Elsworth Anthony Sr., 86, died at his residence Feb. 18, 2017. Private committal: Streets Cemetery, Maquoketa, on Friday, Feb. 24. Celebration of Life: 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 Sixth St., Vinton, with Pastor Duane Wilcox officiating.
