A Celebration of Life for Dave will be held from 1 to
4 p.m. on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at The Butcher Block Steakhouse, located at 568 Boyson Rd NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
The venue asks attendees to please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
