Dave Kelchner, 64, of Luzerne, passed away March 22, 2022. A Celebration of Life will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, March 27, 2022, at the Swisher American Legion, Swisher, Iowa.
Dave is survived by his daughters, Nicki (Ryan) Bulicek, Sara (Brett) Cahill, Tina Kelcher and Tara (Mike) Toyne; nine grandchildren; and nephews, Josh and Shannon Kelchner.
