Darin "Dewy" Forman, 52, of Tiffin, died unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, July 27, 2017.
A gathering for family and friends to share, support and remember Dewy will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, July 31, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. Another celebration will be held Tuesday, Aug. 1, from 4 to 7 p.m. at 1165 W. Forevergreen Rd. in North Liberty.
A memorial fund has been established in his memory.

Dewy was born Jan. 23, 1965, in Des Moines, the son of Darel and Marilyn Forman. Dewy loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, friends and family. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.
His family includes his three children, Ryan, Nikki (son-in-law, Adam) and Shane; grandchildren, Stetson and Rose Forman; his brother, Jon Forman; sister-in-law, Dyan Riggan; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Wayne Forman; uncle, Ed; and aunt, Bennie.
