Daniel E. Rahe, 69, of Dyersville, died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, at Kramer Funeral Home, 750 12th Ave. SW, Dyersville. Visitation will continue Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home before the Mass.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Francis Xavier Basilica in Dyersville, with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Jeff Dole will officiate.
Survivors include his wife, Jolene; two children, Troy Rahe of Dyersville and Corinne (Cory) Ramler of Cedar Rapids; two grandchildren, Jack and Alyssa Ramler; three brothers, Gary (Dee) Rahe of Dyersville, Jeff (Deb) Rahe of Dubuque and Daryl Rahe of Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Kathy Chapman of Fairfax and Diane (Frank) Klostermann of Atkins; three brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law.
