Daly, Dr. Michael James
Dr. Michael James Daly of Cedar Rapids died May 17, 2010, at Herman Memorial Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service to be held at 3 p.m. Oct. 2 at Christ Episcopal Church (220 40th St. NE, Cedar Rapids) and to an open house at the family home (2501 White Eagle Trail SE, Cedar Rapids, 366-7325), following the service.
Memorial contributions may be given in Dr. Daly's memory to the Medical Education Foundation c/o Mercy Hospital Foundation, 701 10th St. SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403, to be used for the Family Practice Program.
