Dallas C. “Skip” Kitzman, 65, longtime resident of North Liberty, died at his home Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022.
Dallas was born Jan. 4, 1957, in Sigourney, Iowa, the son of Dallas and Maxine (Chambers) Kitzman. Shortly after graduation from Clear Creek High School with the class of 1976, he began a career with Centro that spanned over 42 years before his retirement. He was proud of his work and the company he worked for but, most of all, the people he worked with, his friends, not just coworkers!
His family includes his sisters-in-law, Carol Kitzman and Ilene Kitzman; two young men in his life that were like his sons, Rusty Thorn Grin and Brad Goodwin; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Dallas was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Fred and Kenny; and sister, Carlene.
Celebration of Dallas Life services will be held this spring, with day and time to be announced. To share a thought, memory or condolence, visit Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service website at www.gayandciha.com.
