Dale Huckins, 79, of Oelwein, Iowa, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014, at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester, Iowa, after a short illness. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, at Alice Church, Center Point.
