Crone, Cloyce
Cloyce Crone, 97, of Washington, Iowa, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at his residence following a brief illness. Celebration of life services will be held 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, at Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Marlene Janssen officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Saturday. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.
He is survived by his daughter, Connie Forinash and husband Mike of West Chester; son, Jay Crone and wife Cheri of West Chester; grandchildren, Bryan Forinash and wife Janet of Bettendorf, Aaron Forinash and wife Janet of Peoria, Ill., Jeff Crone and fiancee Elise Johnson of Iowa City and Brad Crone of Iowa City; three great-grandchildren, Bret, Colin and Dylan Forinash; two sisters, Phyllis Jones and Geri Weeks of Washington, Iowa; niece, Phyllis Scott; nephew, Tom Crone; many other nieces and nephews; and special friend, Jane Kaczinski of Washington, Iowa.
Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County or West Chester United Methodist Church.
