Critchfield, Wilma Lydia
Wilma Lydia Critchfield, 92, of Walford, died Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Colonial Manor, Amana. Services: 1 p.m. Sunday, April 14, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, conducted by the Rev. Andrew Gray. Family will greet friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial: Marengo Cemetery, Marengo.
Survivors include her daughter, Kay (Mike) McMillan of Arlington, Texas; grandchildren, Jack (Rhonda) Honolka, Jim (Sandy) Honolka, Jon Honolka, Suzanne (Joe) Dudek and Jeff Honolka; and great-grandchildren, Ryan, Kailey and Hayden.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Critchfield; and son, Jack.
Wilma was born July 8, 1920, in rural Marengo, daughter of William and Emma (Possehl) Seckel. She was a longtime member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Marengo. Wilma worked at Wilson & Co. for 35 years. Wilma married Donald Critchfield on Aug. 22, 1939.
