Craig James Fredericks went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016, after a brief illness. He will be greatly missed by many family and friends. A funeral service will be held at noon Sunday, Nov. 6, at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service, Iowa City. Following the service, there will be a meal at the Kirkwood Room. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
A special thank-you to those who assisted the family during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Craig James Fredericks memorial fund to help the family with expenses.
Craig is survived by many family members, including daughter, Libby (Matthew) Oliver; stepdaughter, Alexia (Jeremy) Hultman Lampe and children, Evan, Jack and Henry; father, Dr. Charles Fredericks Sr.; siblings, Charles (Mary) Fredericks Jr., Diane (David) Gutfriend and children, Erika (Patrick) Sullivan and Jeff (Theresa) Gutfriend, and John Fredericks; and half siblings, Ryan Fredericks (Molly Switkawski) and Katie (Jess) Johnson and children, Elizabeth and Jake.
