Cozine, Steve
Steve Cozine, 74, of Coralville, passed away Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013, at Lantern Park Nursing & Rehab Center. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Brick Chapel Cemetery in Iowa City.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
Steve Cozine was born Sept. 28, 1938, in Davenport, Iowa to Donald and Helen Cozine. Steve graduated from Rosemead High School in Rosemead, Calif. After high school, Steve served his country in the United States Air Force. Steve worked for 20 years at Clayton Industries in El Monte, Calif., as a machine tool operator and a security chief. He moved back to Iowa in 1998.
Steve enjoyed collecting model cars and was a member of the Motorcycle Club.
Steve is survived by his son, Mark Cozine; sister, Elizabeth “Betty” Cozine; ex-wife, Dorothy DeFoe; and many other family members.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents.
